IAACA President and ICAC Commissioner Mr Danny Woo was delighted to welcome Mr Bhumivisan Kasemsook, Secretary-General of the Office of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) of Thailand, to Hong Kong. 

As an IAACA member, PACC’s visit was a valuable opportunity to connect, exchange views, and explore ways to deepen cooperation among anti-corruption counterparts. 

The discussions covered areas of shared interest, from law-enforcement experience to training, corruption prevention, public education, and responses to emerging criminal methods. These exchanges are at the heart of IAACA’s work: helping members build professional relationships, learn from one another, and turn dialogue into practical cooperation. 

PACC has been a valued partner in professional exchange and capacity building since the establishment of the Hong Kong International Academy Against Corruption in 2024. 

We look forward to continued engagement with PACC and to welcoming colleagues from Thailand and around the world to the IAACA Annual Conference in Marrakech, Morocco on 25–26 November 2026!
